In the summer of 2013 Keenan, Jim, and Andrew took time out of their schedules to have a business lunch. After a meal of steak wrapped lobster and several shots of Old Crow the men decided that the best way to become filthy rich would be to start a doom metal band, so they quit their high power jobs in order to devote the necessary attention to their new project: Bong Threat.
